People verify every report. A Field Officer records what is on site, and a second person who did not make the visit reviews it before it reaches you. We re-check a random sample of visits.

Photos you can rely on

• Taken only with the camera in our field app; pictures from a phone's gallery are refused.
• Each photo carries latitude, longitude, GPS accuracy and timestamp, and is refused if the accuracy is worse than 30 metres.
• Originals are kept unaltered, with a tamper log, for the current and previous month; every report's photos are emailed to you, and that email is your permanent copy.
• Each photo's SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded at capture, for every client.
• With the paid evidence add-on, the fingerprints are printed in every report, and you can ask for a certificate under section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 from your Client Portal.

Your data

• When your contract ends you get a full copy of your reports and photos, and we delete ours within 30 days, with an email 48 hours before.
• We keep only invoices, payment records and the signed agreement, as tax and company law require.
• We never hold original deeds.
